1. What is StopSquirming.com?

StopSquirming.com is a humorous look at the problem of squirming and other discomforts that come from wearing poor-fitting undergarments (i.e., non-Jockey underwear). This website is designed to educate you on squirm and how to recognize the symptoms. It also gives you the opportunity to communicate with other people (e.g., post comments on squirms, send Grundy Grievances, forward the website link to a friend) and enter for a chance to win free Jockey products (i.e., get a free Under-Aid™ Kit).

2. What is a Signature Squirm?

A Signature Squirm is a squirm video that you upload to the site. It is a squirm that you made up or have seen before, but that isn’t represented on our site. It should consist of a video and a written description.

3. How do I upload a squirm video?

First you need to create an account. From the “What’s Your Signature Squirm?” page, click on the “Create One” link in the upper right corner. Follow the instructions to setup an account. Once the account is created, click on the “Upload Squirm” button and follow the instructions on screen.

4. What is the approval process for videos?

Each video that is submitted to the site is reviewed for content. We will not post videos that are defamatory, libelous, threatening, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate. Furthermore, we cannot post videos that contain registered trademarks for non-Jockey products. For additional information, please view our Terms of Service. 5. Why do I need to set up an account to post and comment on videos?

The account information is required for posting videos and commenting on other videos that have already been posted. We use the information you provide to notify you once the video you submitted has been posted. Also, should you request it, we will send you an e-mail each time a comment is posted on one of your squirms.

6. After I set up an account, is Jockey going to start sending me Marketing e-mails?

Jockey will only send e-mails if you request them. Throughout the website you will have several opportunities to sign up to receive communications from Jockey. If you sign up, you will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying your e-mail address and asking you to confirm your sign-up.

7. What is a Grundy Grievance™?

A Grundy Grievance™ is a humorous, personalized e-mail that you can send to friends and family. It’s similar to sending an e-card. You can select a video to be included and then write a personalized message. An e-mail is sent out with a link bringing the recipient back to StopSquirming.com to view their message.

8. Will I be notified when the person opens the Grundy Grievance™ I’ve sent?

No. You will only be notified if the e-mail doesn’t go through.

9. Do I have to create an account in order to send a Grundy Grievance™?

No, it is not necessary to create an account. However, if you do setup an account first, when you get to the Grundy Grievance™, you name and e-mail address will automatically populate in the form, saving you time and allowing you to quickly send more grievances!

10. Why is it necessary to supply my e-mail address when sending a Grundy Grievance™?

We want to be able to contact you in the event that the e-mail doesn’t go through so that you can try resending the grievance. Also, by including your e-mail address in the Grundy Grievance™, the recipient will be assured that the Grievance really is from you.

11. What is Citizens Against Squirming?

It is a way for you to sign-up to receive e-mail and special communications from Jockey. By signing up you will also receive advance notification of the Under-Aid™ Kit giveaway times.

12. Will my personal information be shared?

No. We will not share any of the information you provide us. For additional information, please review our Privacy Policy. To view the policy, click on the “Privacy Policy” links on the footer of any page on StopSquirming.com.

13. What’s in an Under-Aid™ Kit?

An Under-Aid™ Kit is a free giveaway that contains three Jockey products. The men’s version of the kit includes one each of the following: 3D-Innovations™ No Fly Low Rise Brief (style 8181), 3D-Innovations™ Boxer Brief with Fly (style 8183), 3D-Innovations™ Midway® Brief with Fly (style 8185). The women’s version of the kit includes one each of the following: No Panty Line Promise® Tactel® Bikini (style 1370), No Panty Line Promise® Tactel® Lace Modern Brief (style 13880), and No Panty Line Promise® Tactel® Lace Hi-Cut (style 13890). Winner can select the desired size and colors.

14. Do I have to buy anything to win an Under-Aid™ Kit?

No. All you have to do is go to the Under-Aid™ page of the website within the designated time and click on the Under-Aid™ link. There will be a maximum of 25 winners each day and Under-Aid™ kits will be awarded on a first-come/first-served basis. The contest begins on Monday, July 2nd and will go through Friday, August 31st. There is a specific time each day that you can win, but the time changes daily. In order to be notified of the time, you should sign-up for Citizens Against Squirming.

15. Do I need to setup an account to participate in Under-Aid™ Kit?

No. All you have to do is visit the Under-Aid™ page at the right time. If you are one of the winners, you will be required to provide your name, mailing address and e-mail so that we can notify you that you’ve won and then mail your Under-Aid™ Kit to you.

16. Can I enter Under-Aid™ more than once?

You can try to win as many times as you like. However, once you win, you will not be allowed to win a second time.

17. Is this website available to people outside the United States?

The website is viewable worldwide, but only people in the United States will be allowed to create accounts, sign-up for Citizens Against Squirming, and enter the Under-Aid™ sweepstakes. People outside the United States are free to send Grundy Grievances.

18. What if I want to post my video on my personal web page?

We make it easy for you to do so. Once you are notified that your video has been posted, you will be able to access HTML code that you can paste into your personal web page so that others can view your video.
