Eligibility: Promotion is open to any legal resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older, (excluding residents of Puerto Rico). Participants' waist measurement must fall within the available product size range. Promotion applies only to Jockey's 3D-Innovations™ No Fly Low Rise Brief style 8181, 3D-Innovations™ Boxer Brief with Fly style 8183, 3D-Innovations™ Midway® Brief with Fly style 8185, No Panty Line Promise® Tactel® Bikini style 1370, No Panty Line Promise® Tactel® Lace Modern Brief style 13880, and No Panty Line Promise® Tactel® Lace Hi-Cut style 13890, while supplies last. Selection from available stock only. No rain checks. Participants must have access to a valid e-mail account and Internet access throughout the promotion's Giveaway Period. Participants will be notified immediately via the StopSquirming.com website if they have won. Employees, suppliers, representatives and agents of Jockey International, Inc., ("Jockey") and its participating retailers, and their respective advertising, promotion and judging agencies, and their respective immediate families or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter and win. This promotion is void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or otherwise restricted.
Giveaway Period: Promotion begins at 12:00 AM CST on July 2, 2007, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on August 31, 2007, or when supplies run out, whichever occurs first.
Conditions of Entry: By receiving an Under-Aid™ Kit as part of this Giveaway, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which rules are final and binding on all Participants, and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Prizes: Jockey will award one-thousand five hundred (1500) Under-Aid™ Kits during the Giveaway Period. A limited number of Under-Aid™ Kits will be awarded to Participants, whose waist measurements fall within the available product size range, on each day of the Giveaway Period. Each Under-Aid™ Kit contains three (3) giveaway pants ($40.00 suggested retail value for each men's kit) ($27.50 suggested retail value for each women's kit). Giveaway pants for men are only available in sizes medium (32"-34"), large (36"-38"), and extra large (40"-42"). Giveaway pants for women are only available in sizes small (dress size 2-4), medium (dress size 6-8), large (dress size 10-12), and extra large (dress size 14-16) Jockey cannot guarantee the availability of any particular size or color. Jockey reserves the right to substitute men's and/or women's giveaway pants of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
How to Enter: During the dates and times featured on the site, visit the Under-Aid™ Comfort to the Rescue™ web page at: http://stopsquirming.com/underaid, and click on the link in the "Get Your Free Kit" box. Each winning Participant will be immediately notified via the StopSquirming.com Site. Once notified, each winning Participant must complete the registration form, including all of the required fields, and select their Under-Aid™ kit from the available sizes and colors. Maximum one (1) entry during the Giveaway Period per person, per e-mail address, per household. Any person submitting multiple entries will be automatically disqualified. Online promotion only. Only entries received through the StopSquirming.com website are valid. Any entry received through any other Jockey website or e-mail address, by mail, facsimile or any other means is void.
Product Redemption: Each winning Participant, whose waist measurements fall within the available product size range, will receive one (1) Under-Aid™ Kit by mail by September 30, 2007, subject to size and color availability. The prize is non-transferable, and non-refundable. Jockey is not responsible if the prize is lost, stolen or damaged, and the prize will not be replaced.
Other Terms and Conditions
Electronic Communications: Jockey is not responsible and is under no obligation to confirm the validity of any e-mail address or to contact the Participant for a valid e-mail address for any reason. Jockey is not responsible for any lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries or e-mail, nor for any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a Participant's ability to participate in this program. Entries that are damaged, altered, tampered with, illegible, contain printing errors, or submitted in a fraudulent manner are void.
Use of Registration Information/Release: Unless otherwise prohibited, by accepting the free Under-Aid™ Kit, each Participant grants permission to Jockey to use Participant's first name and address (city and state), and demographics, in any manner that does not reveal Participant's identity, for advertising and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions, without further compensation. If a winner does not agree to this, she will forfeit her prize and an alternate may be selected. Personal information you provide to Jockey as a result of participating in this Giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and it may be used for other purposes as indicated herein. Such Personal Information is also subject to Jockey's privacy policy. Please see below for additional comments on Jockey's privacy policy.
Indemnity: Participants agree to release and hold harmless Jockey; its respective subsidiaries; and each of its respective directors, officers, attorneys, employees, and agents, from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability that may arise from Participants' acceptance or use of any prize or participation in this promotion, or from the misuse or malfunction of any merchandise received.
Submissions: All entries, comments and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with this Giveaway shall be and remain Jockey's property. Such Submissions shall constitute an assignment to Jockey, of all worldwide right, title and interest in and to all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Submissions. Thus, Jockey will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Submissions. Jockey is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Submissions in confidence; (2) to pay the Participant any compensation for any Submissions; (3) to respond to any user Submissions or (4) to use the Submissions in any manner. You agree that no Submissions provided by you will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You further agree that no Submissions submitted by you will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Submissions you make.
